Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively driven Industrial Designer for our fragrance and packaging team. The role involves designing luxury perfume bottles, packaging, and physical brand experiences. Ideal candidates should be adept in prototyping, materials, and manufacturing processes, with a strong aesthetic sense.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end perfume packaging design from research to prototyping.

- Create and iterate high-fidelity 3D models and mock-ups.

- Design perfume bottle prototypes focusing on form, ergonomics, and materials.

- Develop cohesive, brand-aligned packaging systems.

- Collaborate with perfumers, marketing, and branding teams.

- Conduct design research on market trends and innovations.

- Work on product IP, patents, and design protection.

- Incorporate sustainability in materials and processes.

- Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s in Industrial Design/Product Design.





- Experience in luxury product design (cosmetics/fragrance/lifestyle preferred).

- Strong portfolio in packaging and form development.

- Proficiency in CAD (Rhino, SolidWorks, Alias), Adobe Suite, KeyShot.

- Knowledge of materials: glass, metal, acrylics, paperboard, etc.

- Understanding of branding and sensory product design.

- Strong design research and storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with patent/design registrations.

- Familiarity with sustainable packaging and alternative materials.

- UX knowledge in physical interaction (e.g., caps, spray mechanisms).
