Job Title: Tax Accountant – Indian Accounting Division

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience: 1+ years in Indian Division Accounting/Taxation

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant to join our Indian Accounting

Division. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in tax-related functions,

specifically within the Indian accounting framework. This position is based in Ahmedabad,

offering a dynamic work environment with exposure to various tax-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Support in tax audits and ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws.
- Maintain accurate records of tax-related transactions and calculations.
- Prepare and file tax reports within deadlines.




- Liaise with tax authorities to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all tax-related activities.
- Assist with year-end tax reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in tax-related roles within the Indian division.
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
