A Incharge Production Ferro (Ferro-Alloy) oversees shift operations, managing furnace activity, raw material feeding, quality control, team leadership, safety, and coordination for productive, high-quality ferro-alloy production, focusing on process parameters, equipment upkeep, and reporting. They are responsible for executing production plans, ensuring safety compliance, optimizing resource use, and maintaining high shop floor standards during their shift. Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management: Execute shift production plans, monitor furnace parameters (temperature, load, power), manage raw material feeding, and oversee tapping, casting, and crushing processes to meet targets.
- Safety & Quality: Enforce strict safety protocols, ensure adherence to SOPs, conduct quality checks, and maintain high housekeeping standards (5S).
- Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train shift manpower, allocate tasks, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Coordination & Reporting:



Liaise with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams for equipment maintenance, track production data, and report shift performance.
- Resource Optimization: Efficiently use raw materials, consumables, and energy; manage stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.

Essential Skills & Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of ferro-alloy furnace operations and production processes.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality control measures and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage shift manpower effectively.

Typical Experience:
- Several years of experience in heavy industry, specifically ferro-alloys or steel manufacturing.
