Job Role

- Recommendation of technical help through easy steps
- Handling Inbound calls and Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills
- Software or Service packages to be sold

Required Skills/Qualities

Candidate with prior Exp in international Outbound BPO is preferred.

Positive communication skills in English.

Goal oriented and insistent in nature.

Shift Timing

UK- 8.30am – 6.30pm / US-10:30pm-8:30am

Required Qualification

Minimum HS passed out.

Pay Scale

For Experience salary is negotiable.

Basic Salary is fixed.
