About the Role
As a Lead Cyber Security Analyst, you will serve as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex security solutions that protect Hyland's information assets across cloud and enterprise environments. You will lead incident response efforts, drive security policy development, present to executive teams, and contribute to the overall growth of the Cyber Security department through thought leadership, mentoring, and innovation. This role is ideal for a seasoned security skilled with deep expertise, sound judgment, and a passion for staying ahead of the evolving threat landscape.
Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain complex security and artificial intelligence solutions that protect and govern the information needs of the organization; use security tools and artificial intelligence to resolve the most complex security issues across cloud and hybrid environments




- Develop and implement incident response processes, maintain recovery procedures for systems, and respond to and resolve the most complex reported security incidents with precision and urgency
- Present security updates and state-of-affairs assessments to executive teams; operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends, providing consulting services grounded in expertise and best practice knowledge
- Perform complex threat and vulnerability assessments to ensure systems are protected from known and potential threats; conduct acquisition and vendor risk assessments
- Develop and design technical and operational security policies; establish documentation standards to ensure consistency across security systems, procedures, and processes
