Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist for one of our client, a leading BPO company based in Mahape. This full-time, on-site position involves managing HR policies, overseeing employee perks and benefits administration, and handling day-to-day HR tasks. The role will provide support to both employees and management, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement HR policies and procedures
- Administer employee benefits and benefits programs
- Handle day-to-day HR functions and support
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal support





Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience in HR management and administration
- Familiarity with HR policies and regulations
- Understanding of employee benefits and administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Weekly Offs: Sunday
- Compensation: Up to ₹3.0 lakhs per annum
