We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who genuinely enjoys building relationships, solving

customer problems, and creating meaningful customer experiences.

As a Customer Success Intern, you will:
- Act as the primary bridge between THW and our customers throughout their journey.
- Help onboard and guide customers by helping them understand our products, values, and unique benefits.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and ownership.
- Build solid customer relationships that encourage repeat orders, referrals, and long-term trust.
- Support customers throughout their journey — from onboarding to becoming loyal THW customers.
- Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products based on customer needs in a natural, relationship-driven manner.
- This role combines customer support, relationship management, communication, and customer-focused growth.





Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and support requests across calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Ensure customer experience remains smooth, positive, and uninterrupted.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular interaction and support.
- Help customers discover products best suited to their needs through genuine conversations and guidance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns to reduce churn.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution and seamless customer communication.
- Track customer success metrics such as repeat orders, referrals, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and recurring concerns.
- Regularly update trackers, maintain customer data, and ensure information is managed accurately and systematically.
