Are you passionate about finding and engaging top talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? If so, we want you on our team As our Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruiters and hiring managers by identifying the right profiles for specific positions. You'll help Seismic build a diverse and inclusive culture while creating a world-class candidate and manager experience. This is a contract position with performance reviews every 6 months.
Who you are:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within rapid-paced, high-growth industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, E-commerce, or professional services).
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume requisitions across corporate functions - such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance etc. - with a deep understanding of market talent mapping and compensation benchmarking.
