The Enterprise Business Operations team, embedded within the Office of the CEO, works closely with NetApp’s top executives and our three business units (On-prem storage, Public Cloud Storage, and Data Services) to ensure that the company stays on its profitable growth trajectory. The team plays an active role in some of NetApp’s boldest and most strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution. Today, NetApp is leading the way in how our customers get the most out of their data with industry-leading cloud data services, storage systems, and software.
As an analyst, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from top management consulting firms and versatile professionals in Enterprise IT.
We partner with key stakeholders to define and refine strategy, solve complex problems, build scalable processes, analyze business performance, and execute critical cross-functional initiatives that enable NetApp to achieve its business objectives.
Specifically, you will need to:
- Work across the company and across a geographically diverse organization to define and drive strategic analysis.
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing project plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analysis and developing final findings, recommendations and drive results.
- Have a transparent understanding of key business issues through collaboration with product and finance teams and work closely with business leaders, product managers and subject matter experts across the organization to design actionable performance metrics and goals.
