Responsibilities :
We are seeking a SAP Payroll Technical Manager/Lead to join SAP HCM Qualified Services Americas team with over 7 + years of experience in implementing, supporting, and continuously improving SAP HCM solutions, with a specialization in SuccessFactors.
- Analyse and propose solutions for requirements received from clients and other Functional consultants
- Develop, document, and deliver solutions with utmost quality adhering to our best practices
- Actively participate in entire life cycle of SAP HCM implementations like design, estimation, development, documentation, testing and take ownership wherever required
- Configuration knowledge/consulting skills for SAP payroll
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR Ops, IT, and Client to deliver scalable, business-aligned payroll solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
