YOUR TASKS
- Lead the development and implementation of business process improvements and methodologies to drive operational excellence and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Apply advanced industrial engineering problem-solving methodologies and lean manufacturing principles to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.




- Use statistical analysis tools and techniques to analyze production data, identify trends and variations, and make data-driven decisions.
- Design and optimize production layouts and material flow paths to minimize production time, cost, and complexity.
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and workload analysis to establish production standards and capacity planning.
- Create and maintain process documentation including flow charts, standard work instructions, and training materials.
- Develop project plans, manage project execution, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to employees on recent processes and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving change management initiatives and promoting the adoption of best practices.
