We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET, and SQL to join our growing technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications used in regulated clinical trial environments, working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, compliant solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug,



and maintain software enhancements and current applications using C#, .NET, and SQL
- Perform requirements analysis and proactively identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks
- Clearly distinguish business requirements from technical design and implementation
- Follow established development patterns, coding standards, and software lifecycle processes
- Write clear, maintainable code with appropriate unit test coverage
- Identify, document, and communicate software defects, including steps to reproduce and workarounds
- Conduct code and design reviews to identify weaknesses, alternatives, and trade‑offs
- Deliver high‑quality, tested code on schedule with a low defect rate
- Demonstrate application features and fixes to product management and end users
- Partner with Quality Assurance by advising on regression testing focus areas
- Troubleshoot production and support issues, isolating defects to specific compone
