- Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs.
- Provide accurate and timely suggestions for travel itineraries and services, focusing on luxury (4 and 5-star) hotels.
- Handle cost estimation and pricing strategies to suggest the most suitable products and services for clients.
- Assist in negotiations with hoteliers and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Demonstrate proactiveness in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of 4 and 5-star hotels, particularly in the Indian market.
- Experience in pricing, costing, and product suggestion in the travel industry.
- Ability to manage negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills and client handling experience.
- Quick and efficient in responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Highly organized and proactive in handling operational tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
