Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. The associate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and achieving monthly revenue targets for our own website. The role involves end-to-end management of digital marketing activities, including but not limited to running Facebook and Google ads, optimizing performance and costs, and implementing strategies to improve sales campaigns for the D2C brand.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
- Hands-on experience with FB Ads Manager and Google Ads
- 1-2 years of experience, with a majority of it being in a D2C ecommerce setup leading the performance marketing function
