Job Description & Requirements
The Vulnerability Analyst supports JAGGAER's Vulnerability Management programme by identifying, assessing, prioritising, and driving the remediation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoints, and SaaS environments. Reporting to the Vulnerability Manager, the role partners with Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Product Security, and IT teams to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively managed in line with business risk,



compliance requirements, and JAGGAER's security standards.

The successful candidate will contribute to reducing cyber risk through continuous vulnerability assessment, risk-based prioritisation, actionable reporting, and stakeholder engagement. They will also support the ongoing enhancement of vulnerability management processes, tooling, and metrics to strengthen JAGGAER's overall security posture.

Principal Responsibilities
- Required experience of 1 to 3 Years in Vulnerability Management & Risk Assessment
- Perform risk-based triage, validation, and prioritisation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise, cloud, and endpoint environments.
- Identify, investigate, and manage false positives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of remediation activities.
- Track vulnerabilities through to remediation, ensuring transparent ownership, accountability, and timely resolution.
