We are sourcing for a Spa Supervisor / Executive for a distinguished luxury heritage property in Rajasthan to oversee daily spa operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the spa team in maintaining high hospitality and wellness standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day spa operations and team performance
- Ensure smooth guest handling, appointments, and service coordination
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and service quality standards
- Handle guest concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with therapists and reception staff for operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory and spa supplies
- Assist in achieving revenue and guest experience targets

Requirements
3–6 years experience in spa operations at a luxury or upscale property





Hands-on treatment experience (massage, body wraps, facials) preferred

Strong guest interaction skills — you're the face of the wellness experience

Knowledge of spa retail, scheduling, and therapist supervision

Diploma or certification in spa/beauty therapy from a recognized institute

Prior experience in spa or wellness operations within hospitality

Strong guest service and communication skills

Leadership and team coordination abilities

Positive grooming and professional presentation

Familiarity with spa scheduling systems is preferred
