Role Overview

Inspiria Knowledge Campus is looking for a creative, energetic, and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. As the voice of our campus online, you will be responsible for creating "scroll-stopping" content that resonates with students, parents, and academic partners. Your goal is to build a vibrant digital community, enhance brand awareness, and support student admissions through strategic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Focus on Short-form Video (Reels/Shorts) to showcase campus life.
- Campus Storytelling: Collaborate with students and faculty to capture authentic, "Day in the Life" style content, events, and success stories.
- Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional brand voice.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of Gen-Z trends, memes, and platform updates to keep Inspiriaâs presence relevant and fresh.




- Performance Tracking: Use Social Media Analytics to monitor reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide weekly reports to the Marketing Head.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and video production teams to ensure high-quality visual output that aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Ad Campaign Support: Assist the performance marketing team with creative inputs for paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads).

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 1â3 years of experience in social media management (Agency or Education sector experience is a plus).
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn skilled branding, and YouTube SEO.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premiere Rush, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Zoho Social, Buffer, or Hoot
