- The trainer will be on the pay role of MindLeaders India Learning Pvt. Ltd. (MLI) and training employees of Lemon Tree Hotels
- MLI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. (It is not a sister concern or a separate company)
- MLI is largely in the education and skilling space where we work with governments of various states for skilling & education, with corporates for their L&D; needs and are currently running a vocational training institute with the HP government.

Job role:
- Pan India role reporting to head L&D;
- Responsible for training employees on their respective curriculum which is a mix of behavioral & functional skills
- Conduct on-the-job performance coaching for employees
- Able to provide inputs to revise and adjust the existing content as well as contribute to create next level/developmental content and training programs
- Collate, update,



manage data on an on-going basis
- Able to create MIS periodically and as and when required
- Able to influence and manage employees and stakeholders to get the job done and achieve desired results
- Aspires to grow and is a self-starter
- This role will be best suited for individuals who want to establish a career in the L&D; space
- Intense training and on-the-job coaching will be provided to the trainer

Interview process: (round 2 will happen only if round 1 is cleared and round 3-4 will happen only if round 2 is cleared. Basically round 2 is the qualifier round)
- Round 1 - with our SME
- Round 2 - teach back round to check energy, functional competence, presentation/floor skills (done remotely on Zoom)
- Round 3 - with Head L&D;
- Round 4 - with Head HR
