The role will leverage advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and visualization tools to improve engineering productivity, resource planning, quality, performance management, and strategic execution.





How you’ll make an impact

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and related analytics tools.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support leadership through data-driven recommendations and performance insights.
- Establish automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Engineering Performance Analytics
- Analyze engineering utilization, productivity, capacity, and workload data.
- Support workforce planning, hiring forecasts, and resource optimization.
- Develop KPI dashboards for engineering functions, managers, and leadership teams.
- Monitor project delivery performance and engineering execution metrics.
