Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of current employees.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement and addressing workplace issues.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance evaluation processes, including setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees and supervisors to drive performance improvement.
Policy Development and Implementation:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR policies and ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
