Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tech Lead – AI who will take ownership of designing, building, and delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and mentoring, ensuring best practices across AI engineering, MLOps, and solution delivery.




The Tech Lead will work closely with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions while guiding and mentoring a team of AI engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to AI engineers.
- Build and optimize LLM-based workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and tools.
- Implement and follow MLOps best practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay updated with emerging AI trends and continuously improve AI capabilities.
