Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: US Shift (typically evening/night shift if hiring from outside
the US)
Experience Level: 3+ Years
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bench
Sales Recruiter to market our bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizens,
etc.) to clients, prime vendors, and implementing partners across the United
States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in submitting
consultants, negotiating rates, and closing positions quickly through effective
networking and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Market
bench consultants (H1B/OPT/CPT/GC/USC/EAD) to prime vendors,
implementation partners, and direct clients
- Develop
and maintain a strong network of vendors, prime vendors, and
implementation partners through cold calling, job portals, and social
media (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Regularly
update and broadcast consultants' resumes (hotlist) to vendors via email
and job boards
- Submit
consultants for suitable job requirements and follow up on submissions
- Negotiate
rates with vendors/clients and close positions within deadlines
- Coordinate
and schedule interviews between consultants and clients/vendors
- Maintain
and update the bench sales tracker/ATS with real-time submission status
- Build
and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and preferred vendors
- Work
closely with the recruitment/delivery team to understand consultant skill
sets and availability
- Handle
rate negotiations, paperwork, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize
job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and
internal databases to identify requirements
- Stay
updated on US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types, and immigration
basics relevant to placements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's
degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
- 3+
years of experience in US IT Bench Sales (freshers with solid
communication skills may also be considered for
