• Manage manpower deployed on the recycling line, including scheduling, supervision, and performance monitoring.

• Diagnose machine faults and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams for spare parts and consumables.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
