Job Summary:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff - Ticketing. As a member of our ticketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of airline tickets for our passengers. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process airline tickets for passengers, including issuing, changing, and cancelling tickets
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and other inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all passengers
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and handle any issues that may arise
- Keep updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
