Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment programs.
Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and academic institutions.
Coordinate campus hiring drives, presentations, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and build quality hiring pipelines.




Manage internship programs and support conversion of interns into full-time employees.
Drive employer branding initiatives, campus engagement activities, and recruitment events.
Improve candidate engagement through innovative recruitment strategies and gamification.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Generate recruitment reports, maintain data integrity, and provide hiring analytics.
Support interviewer training, process improvements, and strategic campus hiring initiatives.

Required Skills
3–5+ years of Campus Recruitment experience
Strong stakeholder & relationship management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in organizing campus drives and hiring events
Knowledge of recruitment technologies and hiring tools
Robust analytical and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring programs simultaneously
