What are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Engineer to join our Automation Platform Engineering team.
This role focuses on validating the performance, scalability, and resilience of our products under real-world and extreme workloads. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining performance testing frameworks,



creating realistic load, stress, and endurance scenarios, analyzing system behavior, and identifying performance bottlenecks in microservices-based, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.
Working closely with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and scalability.

How will you make an impact?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and automating complex performance, load, stress, and endurance test scenarios using Python and pytest
- Developing load generators, stress tools, and performance analysis utilities
- Building and maintaining performance dashboards
