Job Title: Team Leader – Direct Sales (Voice)

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM / 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Salary Range: ₹28,000 - ₹36,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Leader – Direct Sales (Voice) to lead our Inside Sales teams. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales operations, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met, and coaching team members to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales agents in a US voice process (inbound & outbound).
- Drive sales through effective team management and coaching.
- Monitor sales metrics (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)



and ensure targets are met.
- Manage dialer operations to optimize call handling and minimize call abandons.
- Conduct regular audits of calls and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in hiring and selecting candidates for the sales team.
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to improve team performance.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly performance reports.
- Manage team attrition and shrinkage, ensuring team stability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Education: HSC, Bachelor's, or Master's in any stream (except Engineering, Medical Science).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in International Call Center Sales/Collections (Voice Operations).
- Skills: Robust leadership, sales coaching, and team management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred.
- Work Experience: Prior experience
