WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Senior Director of Engineering, you will lead, build and help define positive relationships with product and business partners to influence product roadmaps while driving a step change in how we develop and deliver with AI native approaches. This role requires strengths in engineering leadership, product innovation mindset, relationship development/management, and multi-functional team building. You will co-create the strategy and lead the build and deployment for apps and systems which power marketing insights and decisioning,
the content ”planning and supply chain”, external advertising ecosystem management and direct consumer engagement through our activity ecosystem and comms platforms.
- You will champion Nike’s corporate strategies and help the teams understand how their work contributes to the success of the company.
- Help turn strategy into roadmaps and execution for mobile and cloud systems.
- Build great teams and empower them to do their best work by being well informed by strategy and goals.
- Guide the delivery of software for a 100+ engineer team using the latest methodologies in dev-ops, CI/CD and ultimately AI through spec-driven development practices
- Build an setting where seamless delivery of major roadmap items is the norm.
