Job Title: Ground Staff

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations at the airport, ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding processes
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers by conducting pre-flight checks and following safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
- Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal




- Handle any emergency situations that may arise and follow proper procedures
- Adhere to all airport regulations and policies to maintain a safe and efficient environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use airport equipment
