We are looking for skilled IBS Engineers with hands-on telecom field operations experience to manage maintenance and troubleshooting of small cell and network infrastructure.
?ï¸ Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & corrective maintenance of Small Cell, WiFi, UBR, L2 Switch & OSP
- IBS maintenance: SMPS, Battery, Electrical Panels, Earthing & alarms
- Power system checks, energy readings & site hygiene
- Battery testing, SMPS troubleshooting & hardware replacement
- Faulty card replacement & coordination with NOC teams
- Maintain records & support SAP consumption data
- Ensure proper antenna alignment, GPS connectivity & LOS
â Requirements
- 2+ years in telecom field operations
- Knowledge of tools like Jio Track and Tableau
- Understanding of SMPS, Battery, Earthing & Network devices
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Solid troubleshooting and field coordination skills
