We are seeking a highly skilled WebMethods Technical Lead with 7–10 years of hands-on experience to lead enterprise integration and B2B projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in IBM webMethods, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of EAI and B2B integrations. This is a contract-based position with immediate requirements for an upcoming project.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using IBM webMethods Suite.

- Architect scalable integration solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Manage a team of developers, assigning tasks and ensuring quality deliverables.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Handle configuration, deployment, and support of WebMethods components including Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS, Designer, and Universal Messaging.

- Ensure secure and reliable B2B communications with trading partners using protocols like AS2, FTP, SFTP.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.

- Maintain documentation for system design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

- 7–10 years of experience in IBM webMethods platform.

- Strong expertise in

- Integration Server, Trading Networks, MWS,



Designer

- EDI, flat file, XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs

- Partner onboarding and B2B communications (AS2, SFTP)

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc.).

- Exposure to logging/monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, ELK, Optimize).

- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and error handling.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Office Time: Project Based (2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST) (hybrid based, based on manager)
