Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic advisor to the business, driving people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across our Gurugram operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, and performance frameworks in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1)Business Partnership &

- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with functional heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee engagement, performance, and organizational culture.
- Support workforce planning, succession management, and talent retention initiatives.

2) Performance &

- Talent Management
- Drive the Performance Management Process (PMS) including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Monitor and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in collaboration with managers.
- Facilitate one-on-one discussions to ensure clarity and transparency in performance feedback.

3) Employee Relations &

- Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations and grievance management matters.




- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse checks to assess employee sentiment.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives aimed at boosting morale and productivity.

4) Policy Compliance &

- HR Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support in policy creation, updates, and implementation aligned with business needs.
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reporting.

5) HR Operations &

- MIS
- Manage employee life cycle processes (onboarding to exit).
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards – attrition, attendance, leave trends, and headcount reports.
- Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for smooth operational alignment.

6)Learning &

- Development
- Identify training needs based on business feedback and performance trends.
- Coordinate internal/external training sessions and monitor post-training effectiveness.

Required Skills &

- Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience in Excel, HRMS tools (Darwinbox / Zoho / SAP / similar).
- Ability to work in a high-paced, evolving environment.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

- Days: 6 Days Working (Monday – Saturday)
- Timings: As per business requirement
- Work Mode: On-site (Gurugram, Sector 44)
