Job Title: HR Business Partner – DRNHSL

Reporting To: Head – Human Resources, Dr. Reddy’s & Nestlé Health Science Limited

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Role Purpose

Partner with the leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce capability, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture across a fast-growing organization of ~550 employees. Lead the Talent agenda for the Joint Venture while enabling business transformation, team integration, leadership development, and organizational growth in alignment with the JV’s strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business and functional leaders to align people strategies with business goals and growth priorities.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design, role clarity, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Leverage people analytics and insights to support talent and business decision-making.

Organization Effectiveness & Transformation

- Lead the people agenda for organizational transformation and integration initiatives.
- Support the successful integration, engagement, and stabilization of newly onboarded teams and functions.
- Drive change management, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives aligned to the JV’s values and growth aspirations.
- Champion a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.





Talent Management & Succession

- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential talent identification and development processes.
- Build robust leadership pipelines and strengthen career development opportunities within the JV and across both parent organizations.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to deliver workforce plans and critical hiring priorities.

Capability Building & Leadership Development

- Design and execute capability-building strategies and development programs across field, managerial, and leadership populations.
- Partner with business leaders and the Sales Training team to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted interventions.
- Drive leadership and manager effectiveness initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with robust exposure to HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organization Development.
- Experience supporting field-based commercial organizations within Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG, Healthcare, or allied industries preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead change initiatives, and drive talent outcomes in a dynamic business environment.
