We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Executive Intern to join our HR team. This internship will offer you the prospect to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. You will play a key role in supporting our efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
- Help organize training & development initiatives for employees.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Provide support in handling employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
