Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Review resumes and credentials to ensure qualifications meet job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate the interview process, including candidate debriefs and feedback sessions
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
