Three academies and four luxurious spas in Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Pune offer Nail Technician courses, Advance courses & Nail Trainer courses as per International standards, and bejewel women with the latest in nail art technologies from across the world.

Nail Spa has also written the National Occupational Standards for nail education in India under the Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council (NSDC, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship).

We are looking for an HR Specialist for Nail Spa by Gurpreet, whose primary responsibilities involve assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and Office and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and procedures.

What you will do:

1. Office Operations and HR Operations

- Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintaining office personnel files and records
- Aligning the COS office with other stakeholders and assisting in various activities like SOP creation, KRA’s, and KPIs
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities,



including ensuring that necessary repairs are completed promptly.
- Manage vendor relationships for office-related services, such as cleaning and maintenance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- MBA / PGD / Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) with 1+ year of experience.
- Data organization skills using Google Sheets and basic plus advanced Excel skills with Powerpoint skills
- A generalist mindset with experience and the ability to participate in different areas.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Has a Jugaad mindset with a passion for negotiation, and influence.
- Listening and being coachable is key
