Company is looking for a mature, hands-on HR leader who can own end-to end HR responsibilities while continuing to drive quality talent acquisition. This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional who can act as a trusted partner to the CPO, balance execution with judgment, and build scalable HR processes for a growing organization.

KeyResponsibilities

«Talent Acquisition

- Ownend-to-end hiring across corporate, operations,and leadership roles
- Partner with business and functional heads on workforceplanning and hiring strategy
- Ensure hiring quality, cultural fit, and timely closures
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
- Track and review hiring metrics, vendor performance,and cost efficiency

«HR Generalist &Operations;

- Owncompleteemployeelife cycle:onboarding, confirmation,engagement, performance& exits
- Drive HRpolicies,SOPs,and processstandardization
- Managepayrollinputs,attendance,leave,and HRISgovernance
- Ensurestatutory compliance(PF,ESIC,gratuity, labor laws)




- Actasprimaryescalationpoint for employeerelations andsensitive HRmatters

- ActastheCPO’sright handonpeoplematters

•Provide judgment-based inputs onorganization design, role clarity,and workforcestructure

- Supportperformancemanagement,successionplanning,andleadershiphiring

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

•8-12 years of progressiveHR experience withstrong HR Generalist foundation

- Provenability to independently run HR forabusiness or unit
- BalancedexperienceacrossTA, HRoperations,and employeerelations
- Strongunderstanding of Indian laborlawsand compliance
- Highmaturity,discretion, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortableworkingcloselywithsenior leadership
