Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid–senior and leadership roles.
Create proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sourcing methods and reduce time-to-hire.
- Stakeholder Management
Partner with department heads and HRBPs to understand workforce needs.
Provide market intelligence, hiring forecasts, and regular updates to stakeholders.
Influence and guide hiring managers on best practices and interviewing techniques.
- Team Leadership (if applicable)
Lead, mentor, and upskill recruiters or sourcing specialists.
Set performance goals, track metrics, and drive productivity within the TA team.
- Employer Branding
Collaborate with marketing/HR to strengthen the employer brand.
Drive initiatives such as social media campaigns, employee stories, and career page enhancements.
Represent the organization at job fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
- Process Improvement
Standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Optimize the use of ATS and recruitment tools.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local labor laws.
- Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and timely hiring experience.
Monitor feedback and implement enhancements to candidate touchpoints.
- Metrics & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, etc.
Create dashboards and analyze recruitment data to support decisions.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
5–10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience managing a team (preferred).
Proven track record in closing niche and leadership roles.
Skills
Robust sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of HR trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent market insights.
Proficiency with ATS and HR analytics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
