We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the Human Resource Development (HRD) functions for our jewelry business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. Management, preferably in the luxury or retail sector. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, enhancing employee performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Management:

- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

- Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning.

- Conduct skill-gap analyses and facilitate training programs for employees.

2. Training & Development:

- Identify training needs across departments and design effective training programs.

- Coordinate with external trainers or create in-house training modules.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs through feedback and performance assessments.

Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail industry.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of HRD practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
