Reporting administratively to Head Manufacturing at the factory and functionally to GM HR at corporate office you will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR Operations at the factory level.
Responsibilities will include :
- - Talent Management
- Ensure the Manpower availability as per the plant requirement.
MBA/PGDM -HR ( Full time ) from a reputed institute with 5-10 Years experience in Plant HR/IR in a reputed Consumer durable /FMCG listed company with multi location operations.
