Responsibilities:-

- We are looking for dynamic & enthusiastic professional who is keen to learn human resource functions.
- Major activities include sourcing candidates for various clients across India via job portals & social media channels.
- Must be computer savy and should know internet surfing and mailing.
- Maintaining & preparing candidate data in excel & ATS; and keeping their records.
- Work with organization to develop a recruitment plan.
- Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various channels.
- Interviewing candidates telephonically, personally & on VC.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Participate in other activities time to time and as and when needed.
- Work in team & do coordination with team.
