We are looking for a passionate HR Executive – People Development to drive employee growth, engagement, and performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and execute Learning & Development (L&D;) programs ✔ Support performance management & appraisal cycles ✔ Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives ✔ Identify training needs & skill development plans ✔ Coordinate onboarding, training sessions & workshops ✔ Track employee progress and maintain L&D; reports ✔ Collaborate with managers for talent development strategies ✔ Promote a culture of continuous learning & growth

Requirements

- Experience in Learning & Development / HR Generalist role

- Solid communication & presentation skills

- Knowledge of performance management systems





- Ability to design and deliver training programs

- Employee engagement & retention strategies

- Analytical mindset (training effectiveness, HR metrics)

- Strong interpersonal & coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA / MSW in Human Resources

- Experience in IT / corporate / manufacturing environment preferred
