- Oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate screening to onboarding.
- Support global recruitment initiatives.

- Report directly to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment and staff management.
- Proficiency in the Naukri portal.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate to Palamaner.
