DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Operation Executive – Order Management will be responsible for managing order processing activity and providing comprehensive support to ensure Sales Order created and Purcahse Order been placed. This role involves handling Validation of documents from Operations, Sales and Business Team, Validate, creation of Sales order in ERP and convert to Purcahse order, validate all parameters and place on Supplier/OEM/ Vendor. Additional to maintain records and documents .
This requires coordinating with finance and other departments, and supporting compliance-related activities.
Key responsibilities includes extended support for order management during month, quarter ends. This role also requires towards creation of Order Fulfilment and coordination with finance for Invoice creation and submission to partners on email, portal etc.,
