Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in generating leads and winning projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have strong requirement analysis skills, proposal writing expertise, profile optimization experience, and the ability to identify and secure opportunities in AR, VR, MR, XR, AI, 3D Visualization, Digital Twin, and Software Development domains.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Lead Generation

Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.





Research potential clients and understand project requirements.

Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery calls with prospects.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.

Requirement Understanding

Analyze project requirements and client needs.

Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope, effort, and feasibility.

Translate client requirements into explicit project understanding documents.

Proposal Writing and Submission

Prepare customized and compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.

Highlight company capabilities, case studies, and relevant experience.

Follow up with clients to maximize response rates and conversions.

Handle project discussions and initial negotiations.

Profile and Account Optimization

Optimize company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.

Improve profile visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
