YOUR TASKS
We are hiring a Shopfloor Software Specialist / Manufacturing IT Engineer for our automotive manufacturing plant. The role focuses on shopfloor software, MES, and production IT systems used in automotive production and testing lines.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement shopfloor software concepts for automotive manufacturing.
Support MES / shopfloor systems / production IT applications on the plant floor.
Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and IT teams.
Configure and administer shopfloor software and manufacturing IT systems.
Perform application support, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Handle issues related to traceability systems and production reporting.
Participate in pilot surveys and testing of shopfloor applications.
Ensure data security, access control, and system availability.
Provide user training and documentation for shopfloor users.
Support continuous improvement and shopfloor digitalization initiatives.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in any disciple.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a software development role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial workplace.
- Managing and deploying plant floor/Shopfloor software systems such as MES.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, system and data flow analysis, and system design.
