Job Title: Region Head – Sales

Role Summary:
Lead Qube Cinema's business operations and revenue growth across Gujarat, with overall responsibility for sales performance, market expansion, client partnerships, and team leadership across multiple cities. Own the regional business plan, drive strategic growth initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, and ensure achievement of revenue objectives for the region.

Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Revenue Ownership:
- Own the overall revenue performance and business growth for the region
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly and monthly business plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through client acquisition, account expansion, and market development initiatives
- Monitor regional business performance, forecast revenues, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets
- Maximize inventory monetization across the cinema network

Team Leadership & People Management:




- Lead and manage sales teams across multiple cities in Gujarat
- Set performance goals, monitor productivity, and drive accountability across regional teams
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performance sales culture
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication across geographically distributed teams
- Help and facilitate teams in achieving their sales targets

Client & Agency Partnerships:
- Build and maintain relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and strategic clients
- Engage with CXOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships
- Lead negotiations for high value deals and annual commercial agreements
- Ensure strong client retention and growth of strategic accounts

Market Expansion, Strategic Planning and Solution Selling:
- Identify recent business opportunities, emerging sectors, and untapped markets across Gujarat
- Ideate, develop and sell bra
