Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient R&D; Process Scale-Up Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role requires a candidate with hands-on expertise in scaling up laboratory processes to industrial production, technical problem-solving capabilities,
and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Requirements
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in agrochemical or fine chemical manufacturing environments
● B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
● Robust exposure to contract or job work manufacturing setups
● Good understanding of GPCB/PCB compliance, ETP operations, and reactor-based synthesis processes
● Familiarity with pilot plant operations and technology transfer processes
● Ability to prepare and manage plant operation reports, CAPA documentation, and site assessment reports

1. End-to-End Process Scale-Up
○ Oversee the complete R&D; process from laboratory scale to commercial production.
○ Collaborate with the R&D; team on process optimization, modifications, and pilot-scale trials.
