We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack .NET dev lead with a strong background in software engineering to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience with Microsoft .NET Framework, Relational Databases, Azure Platform with a deep understanding of the object-oriented approach, and a focus on leading the team while being hands-on in producing high-quality, efficient, and ergonomic code. They will play a key role in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring the creation of robust and scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· At least 2 years leading a team of 4 to 5 developers and work hands-on with developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Angular 13+.
· Apply object-oriented principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns to create modular and maintainable code.
· Assist team members and participate in the full application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, testing,



and troubleshooting.
· Work closely with the Products Team, Scrum Masters, UI/UX team to implement responsive and interactive features.
· Design and implement backend APIs using Web API.
· Peer review the team’s code and ensure code quality, performance optimization, and the application of best practices. Serve as mentor to the team members and guide them with best practices and support as needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Integrate with databases such as MS SQL and Cosmos DB.
· Utilize version control systems, primarily Git, to manage codebase and collaborate with team members.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the applications remain relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering.
