From Footwear/Accessories Background

- Store Manager- Min 02-03 years of experience in retail /FMCG (outlet sales)/Food & beverages (outlet sales). Must have understanding of the role and business acumen, handling/handled sales & operations in the current/previous role with a team of min. 3-4 people. Acting SM/ASM can be considered for SM role. Age should not be more than 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed store targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including scheduling, performance management, and employee development.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store setting.
